They did a great job of enclosing our back porch; my wife is out there all the time. You could not ask better service, from the time they sit down with you and you explain what you want done until the time of construction. They did a great job enclosing our back porch and replacing our back steps. At the end of each day they would clean up the work area. I would recommend AJ Windows to anyone for home projects. Next home project we get done will be by AJ Window & Door Solutions.

When we first bought our house, we knew that we needed to replace the siding and so initially we were only looking for price estimates in order for us to budget accordingly for getting the work done. We contacted AJ based on experience from a friend who had recently had work done by them. The experience we had with them during the initial estimate phase was outstanding. The person who came to do the estimate and the explanation of the product was very good. We told them that we were not going to be doing any work for at least another year and they were very respectful of this - unlike another company that we had contacted for an estimate that hounded us for months afterwards. Over a year after our initial estimate from them, we finally decided that it was time to commit to having the work done. Since their initial estimate had been significantly less than others we had contacted the first time around and they came highly recommended, we contacted them again for an updated cost estimate. We were pleasantly surprised when they basically honored the pricing we received over a year before! When it came time to start the work, we were taken a little by surprise because they had said it would take longer to get started then it actually did. We had not started the process for securing a home equity loan and so Eve worked with us to come up with same as cash financing so that we could have the time to get the home equity money. This was greatly appreciated! We were very pleased during the installation. The time to complete the job was longer than expected but this was due to illness of the on-site manager. The crew left the area around the house clean and neat each day. It did take several days to get everything removed after the job was complete but nothing that was too bad or inconvenient. There were several small incidents during the installation but these were handled to our satisfaction each time. We lost our cable/internet service twice due to the cable box being left dangling and a cable coming loose - after the second time they made sure that the box was left in such a way as to not pull on the cable. We also had an electrical short in our master bedroom due to a nail nicking a wire - they paid the bill for the electrician to make the repair. We truly enjoyed working with Tom and Eve on this project and we are very happy with the work that was done. We are confident that they will continue to stand behind their work and that any issues that might come up in the future will be dealt with quickly and professionally.

From beginning to end they were very professional and courteous. Since the house was built in 1870 it was somewhat of a challenge. The Installers were punctual and very respectful of the property. As work progressed, some new ideas were proposed on how to accentuate the house even better, from recapping the windows to redoing the roof overhang. Although this upped the cost a bit it was well worth it. Overall the Job went very well and I am very happy with the outcome.

The service I received was excellent. New windows make a huge difference in energy efficiency, both for cooling and keeping the house warmer in the winter. Installation was performed in less than two days by a very professional team.

Once we contacted them, they called back to set up estimates and scheduled our work. I wish all contractors were as easy to deal with especially as professional. AJ Window and Door Solutions performed the work as scheduled and cleaned the site everyday when they were done. We have dogs and when I noticed a couple nails in the driveway, the following weekend, where the dumpster had been located...I called them back to do another sweep of the yard for additional nails and they came out the same day!

I had 24 windows and 2 doors replaced. The staff and crew were very professional. Worked neatly and cleaned thoroughly after the project was completed. AJ Windows was willing to do the work in stages as I was able to rearrange my finances. I would highly recommend. I had an excellent experience.
